For your convenience, the ON CALL Procedure will allow you, as a witness, to remain at home, work, school, etc., until you are needed to testify in Court. A representative of the District Attorney's Office will contact you by telephone to appear in the District Attorney's Office at a specific time.

In order to qualify for ON CALL, you must:

• Be available by telephone from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the week of your scheduled trial date.
• Be available to arrive at the District Attorney's Office within two hours after receiving the telephone call.
