The Policy Board of Delaware County Victim Services held their annual Awards Ceremony on April 28, 2009. Members of the Board are the Office of the District Attorney, Court Financial Services, Children & Youth Services, Domestic Abuse Project, Family Support Line, Juvenile Court Services, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Parents of Murdered Children, Senior Victim Services and Women Against Rape.

Also pictured are winners of the poster contest sponsored by Delaware County Women Against Rape as part of their Educational Program. The Director of Education for Women Against Rape is MaryAnn Cirillo McManus.
