2007 SEPTA PREVAIL TrainingBack to Events & Photos Main Page The “Prevail 2007” program focuses on Preventing-Rail (Prevail) terrorism. District Attorney Mike Green is sponsoring training exercises for First Responders to allow them to use their knowledge, training and equipment in simulated drills. These exercises are all over Delaware County and involve multiple agencies. Mike is committed to protecting our community and ensuring that we are prepared to respond to terrorism. On Wednesday, May 30, 2007, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office sponsored a workshop for tactical responders. Among the participants at the workshop were the SEPTA’s Special Operations Response Team and Safety Unit, the Haverford Police Department Special Operations Team, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office’s Criminal Investigative Division Explosive Ordnance Unit and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit. The photos in the gallery are from the May 30, 2007 workshop and exemplify the level of professionalism and dedication of our First Responders.
