The Office of the District Attorney and the Office of the Public Defender will conduct a Workshop regarding the Delaware County Veterans Treatment Court on November 18, 2011, at the Delaware County Bar Association Headquarters, 335 West Front Street, Media, Pennsylvania.

During the Workshop, there will be presentations regarding the application of defendants for Veterans Treatment Court, the process for the review and approval of defendants for admission into the Veterans Treatment Court, and the application and training process for Veteran Mentors.

Presenting during the Workshop will be G. Michael Green, District Attorney of Delaware County, Spiros E. Angelos, Esquire, the Public Defender of Delaware County, Sharon McKenna, Chief of Drug Enforcement, Office of the District Attorney of Delaware County, Michael Harper, Esquire, Assistant Public Defender, Office of the Public Defender of Delaware County, Linda T. Barbera, Delaware County Probation Office, Sam Yim, Assistant District Attorney, Office of the District Attorney of Delaware County (Captain JAG, United States Army Reserve), Ralph Galati, Executive Liaison Officer, Delaware County Veterans Affairs Office (Captain, United States Air Force Retired), and one or more representatives of the Veterans Administration.

The Workshop will begin with registration at 9:00 a.m. together with refreshments, and the Workshop will commence at 9:30 a.m. and end no later than 11:00 a.m. This Workshop is open only to members of the Delaware County Bar Association, who are permitted to attend at no charge.
